摘要
•Develop a novel impedance calibration and measurement method to provide the AD5933 board possibility to get rid of the limitation of the commercialized impedance instrument, and the ability to realize the impedance measurement independently.•Provide the AD5933 board the excellent data continuity performance in the impedance measurement comparing with the traditional calibration method.•Provide the AD5933 board the ability to measure the impedance with higher precision and better consistency with the results measured by the professional impedance analyzer.•Clearly present the principle and characteristics of the impedance measurement using the AD5933 board especially for its different feedback resistance selection.•Successfully validate its damage identification effectiveness and feasibility by a series of experiments in laboratory.
