Online Problem-Based Learning Framework for Promoting Digital Service Skills: Empirical Study of Local Entrepreneurs in Chiang Rai Province

摘要
This study investigates an online problem-based training framework that emphasizes digital service upskilling for local entrepreneurs, in collaboration with a non-degree training program from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The empirical study was conducted with a cross-border entrepreneurs' group in Chiang Rai, Thailand. The examined results of this study using a technology acceptance model indicate that the proposed framework provides a positive learning ecosystem that can develop digital service skills, self-directed learning, and collaborative learning.
