苍术中农药残留状况及其炮制过程对农药残留的影响考察

Abstract
目的:确定苍术药材中高风险的农药残留品种,分析苍术饮片炮制过程对农药残留的影响.方法:采用HPLC-MS/MS和GC-MS/MS对不同产区的苍术药材中44种禁限用农药进行测定,采用加工因子(PF)评价炮制过程对农药残留的影响.结果:50批次苍术药材中有8个批次检出农药甲拌磷残留;"单纯浸泡"过程的PF值为0.16~0.62,"浸泡+闷润"过程的PF值为0.00~0.82,"干燥"过程的PF值为0.27~0.57,"麸炒"过程的PF值为0.25~0.69.结论:苍术药材中甲拌磷残留风险较为严重,不同炮制过程均能降低甲拌磷的残留,但传统的"闷润"工艺降低甲拌磷残留的效果最好.
