Abstract
We report herewith identification of 2-{-[(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy)acetyl]--methylamino}-3-pyrrolidinepropanamides series to obtain novel small molecule antagonists of Urotensin II receptor with acceptable pharmacological profile.
