Abstract

目的:以实现公立医院高质量发展为出发点和落脚点,探索公立医院党建与业务工作深度融合的路径和方法.方法:采取定性分析法、文献分析法、问卷调查法,在分析政策要求和文献的基础上,总结提炼中日友好医院党建与业务工作融合好的做法和经验.结果:医院党建与业务融合工作取得了一定成绩,得到了职工的认可.结论:公立医院党建与业务工作融合是一项系统工程,要以提升党建工作质量为基础,重点是建立健全融合机制,需要整体协调推进任务落实.
