Abstract
患者女,45岁,2个月余前发现外阴右侧3.0 cm×2.0 cm包块,无疼痛;既往体健.查体:于右侧大阴唇下份近肛门处扪及直径约2.0 cm包块,质韧,活动度好,无明显触痛及压痛.实验室检查未见明显异常.盆腔CT:阴道右侧坐骨海绵体肌内2.6 cm×2.3cm×2.0 cm较均匀稍低密度包块,增强扫描动脉期轻度、静脉期明显强化(图1A);提示肿瘤性病变,考虑前庭大腺来源可能.
