Abstract
以甘肃省甘南藏族自治州的蕨麻作为本实验的研究材料,用超声波清洗机辅助提取蕨麻的总黄酮,探究了超声时间、功率级别、溶剂乙醇浓度、超声温度以及料液比5个单因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并采用响应面法对蕨麻总黄酮提取的工艺条件进行优化.试验结果表明,甘南蕨麻总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:30,提取时间30 min,50％乙醇浓度,32℃提取温度,2级功率,在此条件下,蕨麻总黄酮的提取量最高,为4.217 mg/g.
