摘要
•Composite reinforced hyper-elastic porous polyurethane structures (CRHPPs) are designed and fabricated.•Coupling characteristics are revealed that significantly improve the energy absorption capacity of the CRHPPs.•Excellent underwater explosion resistances of the CRHPPs are demonstrated experimentally and numerically.
