Abstract
为验证船体分段车间智能制造执行管控系统(Intelligent Manufacturing Execution System,IMES)软件在多家船厂的应用效果,开发船体分段车间指标采集系统(Index Collection System,ICS).该采集系统可对船体分段车间的生产效率、车间库存减少百分比、停工待料缩短百分比、船体分段无裕量制造率和品质报验差错率等5项指标按周期进行数据采集和处理,进行指标验证.根据验证结果,可不断完善优化IMES,以利推广.
