iSES 2021 Women in Engineering Leadership Panel

This panel will have women from Engineering disciplines in industries across the world. Panelists will bring in their experiences of how they got there, the life in industry, how they overcome the challenges and find a growth path, and what more can be done to encourage more women to be successful in life. The panel will also discuss different opportunities in Industry and career growth prospects there.
