为解决威HX区块四开水平段钻井机械钻速慢、导向施工要求高、仪器稳定性差,且易发生卡钻、气侵、井漏复杂情况等诸多问题,详细分析了威HX-4井四开水平段钻井的主要难点,制定了相应对策,建立了四开"一趟钻"技术模板,并指导完成威HX-4井四开钻井施工,用时18.79 d一趟钻打完2217 m进尺,为该区块及相邻区块、类似区块的四开钻井施工提供了较好的借鉴,为完善威远地区四开钻井技术提供了良好的借鉴与参考.
