A Wiener-Arrhenius-Model-Based Method for Life Prediction of TWT Cathode

摘要
In this paper, in order to estimate the life of TWT quickly, an accelerated degradation test (ADT) was carried out applying a short vacuum tube, and a life prediction method based on the Wiener-Arrhenius model is proposed considering individual variability among the tested samples. The validity of the proposed method is verified through comparison with the extrapolation result of curve fitting under normal operating condition, and it is concluded that the Wiener-Arrhenius-model-based method is more accurate and reliable.
