We propose a novel concept for refractive-index sensing with enhanced sensitivity and robustness to source intensity. The proposed sensor is based on dielectric Huygens' metagrating and experimentally shows the maximum sensitivity of 616 RIU-1. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
