Hiring of teachers under the direction of human talent at uniandes riobamba

Ecuador's universities, both public and private, have presented a problem regarding the process of hiring professors, as they are a fundamental part of the eco-nomic, social and cultural development of the coun-try. The hiring of teachers depends on several fac-tors such as academic quality in higher education. The objective of this study is to propose a manage-ment model for the hiring of teachers in UNIANDES Riobamba, using the qualitative-quantitative research method, to propose a management model for the hi-ring of teachers in UNIANDES Riobamba. The study concluded that the processes of teacher recruitment should be aimed at improving the work performance of teachers, which will be reflected in the quality of higher education at UNIANDES Riobamba.
