Impact of Risk for Severe COVID-19 Illness on Physical Activity During the Pandemic

•Risk for severe COVID-19 negatively impacted physical activity during the pandemic.•People at high risk for severe COVID-19 were more likely to report being inactive.•People at high risk who were active reported fewer minutes of activity.•Increased assessment of physical activity in high-risk individuals may be warranted.
