Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of the applicability of superconducting quantum arrays to the creation of broadband receiving systems on their basis. Some solutions providing linearity at a level of 90–100 dB are proposed for the implementation of the receiving duct of such systems, and the further methods for the improvement of characteristics are considered, including the use of broadband Josephson parametric amplifiers of a traveling wave.
