Abstract
为了提高炼钢工序生产效率和钢水质量,使炼钢工序向智能化精细化生产转型升级,进行了基于5G通信技术的智能化炼钢系统的建设,应用后提高了炼钢工序控制水平,钢水一次拉碳命中率由92.3%提高至96.5%,提高了烟气中一氧化碳回收率,降低了原材料损耗和生产能耗,减少有害废气废物的排放,取得较好的经济与环保效益.
