表油菜素内酯对NaCl胁迫下马铃薯生长和块茎品质的影响

Abstract
为探究表油菜素内酯(EBR)对盐渍化土壤种植的马铃薯生长及块茎品质的影响,以'尤金'、'东农310,和'东农312'3个马铃薯品种为试材,盆栽种植,在块茎形成期向土壤基质施加NaCl溶液,并对叶片喷施不同浓度(0.02和0.10 mg/L)表油菜素内酯,以不施加NaCl和不喷施EBR植株为对照(CK),每隔14 d测定叶片的SOD活性、MDA含量、PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)和叶绿素相对含量(SPAD),成熟期测定产量和块茎品质等指标.结果表明,在NaCl胁迫处理下3个品种马铃薯植株叶片SOD活性、SPAD和Fv/Fm均出现显著降低,MDA含量显著升高;而喷施EBR后各指标变化相反.NaCl胁迫处理后3个品种块茎中Fe含量较CK降低22.97%~46.43%、K含量较CK降低34.84%~41.67%;而喷施EBR可提高NaCl处理植株块茎Fe含量36.11%~163.66%、提高K含量30.41%~257.61%.NaCl胁迫处理后3个品种处理A的单株淀粉含量以及'尤金'和'东农310,块茎干物质含量和淀粉含量较CK均显著下降,喷施0.02 mg/L EBR后3个品种单株淀粉含量较处理A提高19.03%~27.85%.综上,喷施浓度为0.02 mg/L EBR可以显著降低土壤盐渍化对马铃薯生长和块茎品质的不利影响.
