Abstract
本文研究了不同浓度的NaCl溶液、PEG溶液和种皮对沼泽小叶桦种子萌发的影响,探索了沼泽小叶桦种子萌发特征.结果表明,NaCl溶液、PEG溶液与种皮及其交互作用对沼泽小叶桦种子萌发产生了显著影响.种皮对沼泽小叶桦种子萌发具有明显的抑制作用,去除种皮后,种子的萌发率及萌发指数显著增加(P<0.05),且萌发进程加快.不去种皮时,沼泽小叶桦种子耐盐、耐旱的临界值与极限值分别为20.9 mmol/L、0.4%和239.9 mmol/L、24.2%;去除种皮时,沼泽小叶桦种子耐盐、耐旱的临界值与极限值分别为108.7 mmol/L、11.9%和280.6 mmol/L、28.0%.去种皮能显著提高沼泽小叶桦种子的耐盐性和耐旱性.
