Abstract
取力器(Power Take Off,PTO)是水稻插秧机动力传递路线中的关键部件,为了探究PTO结构和工作原理,开展了基于三维扫描仪及Geomagic Design X的洋马VP-6D插秧机底盘PTO逆向建模研究,阐述了模型点云数据的获取与处理、模型的建立与误差分析、格式的转换及模型装配等方法,并对逆向模型进行了建模误差检测.检测结果表明,上下壳体建模偏差平均值分别为1.0565 mm和1.0325 mm,获得了精度较高的数字模型,可为PTO后续研究及优化设计提供参考.
