Abstract
涂层在机械或化学作用力下会形成裂纹从而导致其性能下降,使用寿命缩短.通过加入具有可自修复功能的微胶囊可以使涂层自我修复,延长其使用寿命.采用原位聚合法制备了聚脲甲醛(PUF)-环氧树脂微胶囊.该微胶囊的尺寸、外壳厚度可根据需要调控.微胶囊的芯材(环氧树脂)质量分数为57％,粒径为185 nm.通过向含硫醇的材料中加入该微胶囊,制备了可自修复涂层.
