Abstract
水泥行业碳减排任务艰巨.钢渣既可以作为铁质校正原料用于水泥熟料生产,也具有替代部分非碳酸盐原料的特性,有较好的碳减排效果,为此基于LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)全生命周期评价方法从水泥生产的角度分析了钢渣制备硅酸盐水泥熟料的减碳效果.结果表明:在水泥熟料烧制过程中,配入3.5%钢渣时,每吨熟料可减少碳排放23.03 kg,每吨钢渣的碳减排贡献达657 kg;配入5%钢渣时,每吨熟料可减少碳排放35.23 kg,每吨钢渣的碳减排贡献达705 kg.
