Abstract
利用离子色谱检测水汽中甲酸根和乙酸根含量,识别并评定了引起结果不确定度的分量.当水汽样品中甲酸根含量为13.6042μg/L时,其合成扩展不确定度为0.9348μg/L(k=2);当乙酸根含量为16.7426μg/L时,其合成扩展不确定度为0.8676μg/L(k=2).在各不确定度分量中,以校准曲线拟合引起的不确定度对结果影响最为突出.
