趣味性健康教育对白血病化疗患儿应对方式及不良心理状态的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨趣味性健康教育在白血病化疗患儿中的应用效果.方法 选择2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的白血病化疗患儿126例,随机分为两组各63例.对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组采用趣味性健康教育,干预至患儿出院.比较两组患儿干预前后的应对方式、心理状态.结果 干预后,观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对、SCARED、DSRSC评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 趣味性健康教育能够促进白血病化疗患儿积极应对方式的养成,改善不良心理状态.
