摘要
•The grafting of CA onto OβGH was achieved by an EDC/NHS coupling method.•The Structure properties of CA-OβGH were analyzed by FT-IR, UV–vis, NMR and X-ray.•The storage stability and antioxidant activities of CA-OβGH significantly improved.•CA-OβGH showed excellent antibacterial activities against foodborne pathogens.
