Abstract
越来越多的研究表明CircRNA与肝细胞癌的发生发展密切相关,其可能作为新的诊断癌症的分子标志物或提供新的治疗靶点.同时CircRNA如何通过作用mRNA导致癌症的发生,circRNA与母板mRNA之间存在怎样的关系,目前还不很清楚.寻求这些问题的解决对于能否应用circRNA诊断肝癌、理解癌症过程中CircRNA所起的作用具有重要的理论意义和临床价值.该文就CircRNA PITPNB作为原发性肝细胞癌分子标志物的研究进展作一综述.
