Abstract
利用建立梯型熔解温度等温扩增技术(ladder-type melting temperature isothermal amplification,LMTIA)建立肉及肉制品中羊肉源基因成分的检测方法、针对羊肉特异性基因设计特异性引物,优化反应温度,测试灵敏度、特异性,以及羊肉含量的定量检测.所建立的方法在反应温度55℃条件下,引物特异性最强,羊肉DNA的最低检测限为1 ng/μL,可检测质量百分比为0.1%的羊肉成分的存在.该方法具有操作便捷、特异性强等优势,适用于羊肉掺假及羊肉含量的快速检测.
