Abstract
•A novel method for deep learning (DL)-assisted plasma catalysis modeling is proposed.•The neural network enables crucially initial parameters (i.e. E/N) for plasma modeling.•The dl-assisted modeling is well verified in the CH4/Ar and N2/H2 pulsed plasma.•The introduction of DL markedly improves the accuracy of plasma kinetics modeling.
