摘要
•A two-level scheduling approach is proposed by using USVs to transport containers.•The upper-level model is developed to obtain USVs transportation scheme and sailing path.•The low-level model is established to reduce path tracking errors.•An improved hybrid algorithm (cQPSO-mGA) is proposed to solve the two-level model.
