文章以江苏省农业科学院兽医研究所为例,梳理分析了该所青年人才队伍建设存在的问题,如青年科研人才结构不合理、科研工作与产业结合不紧密、研究方向不聚焦等,并从立足单位定位和产业需求加强人才培养、创新人才培养机制、优化人才成长环境等方面,提出了加强青年科研人才培养的建议,以期为省级农业科研院所青年人才培养提供参考和借鉴.
