Abstract
耕地质量是粮食生产的根基.中国人均耕地少,耕地质量总体不高的基本国情使实施耕地质量保护与提升行动成为中国目前的紧迫任务.文章阐述了欧盟、美国、日本等发达地区和国家实施耕地质量保护的典型做法和值得借鉴的先进经验,分析了我国在耕地质量保护与提升方面存在的问题,提出了明确农户在耕地质量保护中的主体地位、建立健全市场化的耕地保护机制、加快推进高标准农田标准化建设等推进耕地质量保护与提升的对策建议.
