Abstract
"客邮"是带有鲜明殖民性与一定进步性的邮政机构,其在信息传递、物品传送的过程中形成了具有时代特征的"客邮"文化.而文化是民族发展的根基,将"客邮"文化与文化自觉放在同一时代背景、同一研究视角下,审视中西方文化的交流互鉴,对于促进和而不同、兼收并蓄的文明交流,在新发展阶段推动我国社会主义文化强国建设具有重要意义.
