Abstract
水葫芦营养成分丰富,具有作为非粮饲料的潜力,但根据其自身缺点水葫芦并不容易开发利用.针对水葫芦自身缺点进行相应的加工可对其充分开发利用,缓解我国粮食紧缺,促进畜牧业的发展.本文从水葫芦的常规养分、作为饲料所面临的问题、加工方法和动物饲喂效果四个方面进行综述.
