青椒类胡萝卜素的提取及纯化

Abstract
为促进青椒资源的综合利用,以青椒为供试材料,丙酮浓度、料液比、提取温度、超声时间为考察因素,采用单因素-响应面试验优化了青椒类胡萝卜素提取工艺,并研究了大孔树脂对提取物的纯化效果.结果表明,最适提取参数为:提取温度40℃,料液比1:15,丙酮浓度80%,超声时间30min,该条件下提取量达248.80mg·kg-1.相比D301、硅胶G和NKA,AB-8型大孔树脂对青椒类胡萝卜素吸附能力较好,可使提取物中类胡萝卜素纯度提高1.62倍.总之,各提取因素的变化与类胡萝卜素提取量之间是复杂的非线性关系,采用AB-8型树脂对类胡萝卜素的纯化效果较好.
