Abstract
•Highly emissive CsPbBr3 Perovskite QDs are synthesized by the modified LARP method.•The obtained refractive index makes CsPbBr3 QDs may be helpful for optical device fabrication.•The band gap acquired by ellipsometry data is nearly equal to that obtained from the tauc plot.
