摘要

•Flower-like NiO/ZnO composite was reported.•The composite exhibited excellent capacity of 350C g−1.•The 3D flower-shaped ZnO/NiO electrode revealed cyclic stability of 72.1 %.•The composite exhibited 97.1 % Coulombic efficiency.
