Abstract
急性肺损伤(ALI)是炎症调节失调和肺泡/毛细血管屏障破坏导致的以肺水肿为特征的肺部疾病,其发病率和病死率较高.目前机械通气是ALI的主要治疗措施.血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1(PECAM-1)具有多种抗炎及促炎作用,在调节血管通透性和介导中性粒细胞迁移中起着重要作用.本文就PECAM-1在多种ALI模型中的作用机制研究进展进行综述,以期为ALI的预防及临床治疗提供新的思路.
