摘要
•Laser joining of 316L stainless steel and polylactic acid was studied by orthogonal experiment.•Significant factors affecting the joint quality and morphology were discovered.•Shear force of joint reached 88.73% of the polylactic acid base material.•The relationship between five joint morphologies and four failure modes was established.
