Abstract
Nowadays composite materials are widely used many structural applications. Finite element methods are used to analyses the sandwich composite materials deformations and behaviors of stress conditions. The composite structure made up of 6 layers with Epoxy Carbon woven, Epoxy S-glass (UD) and honeycomb structures are used finite element investigations. It created rectangular plate models and different orientation of 0°/45°/90° laminate where composite parameters (ACP) analyses through the Ansys. Consider as a cantilever beam element is done as static and transient thermal analyses where reveals the deformation shapes and stress elements. 37.46 MPa stresses are formed in the static analysis results. 31.07 MPA stresses are generated by the transient structures. As compared to stainless materials composite results are given 28% more strength in tensile samples.
