Comprehensive Evaluation on Agricultural Modernization Development of Heilongjiang Province Based on Entropy Method and Generalized Least Squares

Although Heilongjiang Province is the largest commodity grain producing area and modern agricultural reform pilot area, its agricultural modernization still has a long way to go. According to the actual situation of 34 regions in Heilongjiang Province, this paper evaluates the agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province from four main aspects: input level, output level, social development ability and sustainable ability. An index system of four first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators has been established. Analytic hierarchy process method and entropy weight method were used to calculate the weight of each index layer. Secondly, the least square method was used to fit the three-dimensional nonlinear value, and the extreme value standardization method was used to evaluate each index. Finally, based on the longitude and latitude data of 34 regions in Heilongjiang Province, the Moran index is calculated and the comprehensive evaluation results of the development level index of agricultural modernization in each region were given.
