摘要
•A 3D model is developed for desiccant coated heat exchangers with refrigerant.•The model predicts dehumidification & cooling performance with ≤10 % discrepancy.•Flow field distribution within the heat exchanger is studied comprehensively.•Desiccant coated heat exchanger has up to 0.51 latent energy effectiveness.•A design guideline is offered to enhance performance under practical constraints.
