Acute limb ischemia secondary to vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia

•A new entity known as vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) has been associated with the coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines.•We report three cases of limb ischemia from arterial occlusion occurring after vaccination with various COVID-19 vaccines at a single healthcare system.•As the rate of vaccinations continues to increase, an emphasis must be placed on patient education to recognize signs and symptoms of thrombosis to obtain timely and adequate medical attention.
