To provide wider and equal access to communication services we have designed and implemented Client-based Total Conversation Recording and Media Session Management to enhance Client-based Multipoint Media Mixer and Total Conversation Solution to be deployed as Video Relay Service (VRS). The proposed scheme offers audio, video, text recording and transfers session information and media to the server, which is a critical functionality for telecommunication relay service. With client-side implementation, we are able to offload the server while achieving flexible audio, video, text communication including multi-party audio/video/text conversations with recording capability.
