摘要

•Fluoroalkane-grafted polymers (F-PEI) based personalized mRNA cancer vaccine.•F-PEI promotes mRNA cellular delivery and activate the TLR4 pathway to activate DC.•No additional adjuvant is required in the F-PEI based mRNA cancer vaccine.•F-PEI/mRNA vaccine elicit MHC I antigen presentation and great anti-tumor immunity.•F-PEI/neoantigen mRNA vaccine can effectively prevent tumor reoccurrence.
