Abstract

Work engagement and job satisfaction are important factors that determine the success of business transformation in adapting to the development of digital technology. This article aims to examine the effect of digital leadership, and organizational support on job satisfaction and work engagement. A survey-based quantitative study with descriptive and causal analysis was carried out using multiple regression to test the
developed research model. A spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel was used for data analysis. The purposive and snowballing approaches were applied simultaneously. The earlier respondent was asked to recommend their relatives to be the next respondents. This sampling approach was effective in getting the participation of 377 office workers in DKI Jakarta. The analysis results explain that digital leadership and organizational support have a simultaneous positive, direct, and significant impact on job satisfaction and work engagement. For making office workers in private companies more satisfied and engaged to work during business transformation, it is recommended to provide adequate organizational support and implement effective digital leadership
