摘要
This paper focuses on how to solve the problem of slow development of corporate culture construction by innovative means based on the complex and diversified characteristics of merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises and some restrictions of system and mechanism. Based on the whole process of corporate culture innovation construction of Safety, Environment and Technology Supervision Research Institute of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute"), combined with research methods such as investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects, which are feasible for the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises to promote innovation and progress on corporate culture construction in combination with their characteristics.
