Abstract
•The role of the pore architecture of Ziegler Natta catalysts in propylene polymerizations is assessed.•According to the molecular weight results, pore diameter does not alter H2-response noticeably.•According to the SSA data, the pore diameter significantly affects comonomer incorporation.•The distribution of isotactic sequence length of the copolymer is also influenced by the pore diameter of the primary catalyst.
