•Antibiotics are the most frequent causative drugs of severe cutaneous adverse drug reactions.•SJS/TEN patients have higher mortality than DRESS and AGEP patients.•RegiSCAR score and Hb, anemia and BSA are prognostic factors for DRESS and SJS/TEN.
