Abstract
This paper analyzes the height-measurement accuracy of distributed satellite Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR). According to the distributed satellite InSAR target positioning equation, the error factors affecting the height-measurement accuracy in the positioning equation are sorted out, and the transfer factors of each error factor affecting the height measurement accuracy are derived. The correctness of the theoretical analysis results is verified by the Mento Carlo test, and the influence of various error factors on the height-measurement accuracy is quantitatively analyzed. The analysis results show that the orbit determination error and slant range error of the Master satellite have an important impact on the absolute height accuracy, and have little impact on the relative height accuracy, but the baseline measurement error and interferometric phase error have a great impact on the absolute and relative height accuracy.
