摘要

•The double flower candidate region of Prunus mume was first located based on BSA-seq analysis.•One new SSR marker with 86.96% accuracy associated with double flower trait of P. mume was developed and validated for the first time.•Five InDel markers associated with double flower trait of P. mume was developed and validated for the first time.
